After the order status is updated to "shipped," you may apply for an exchange or return. The order status will be automatically updated within 24 hours after you successfully sign for the goods, and you can initiate the return/exchange request once the update is complete.

When applying for a return or exchange, please ensure that the product is intact, undamaged, unused, and all accessories (including packaging, instructions, etc.) are included and in good condition. 3. Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
