1. Scope of Services and Applicable Users

  1. Our services include: sales of department store products in the United States, order confirmation and processing, product shipment and delivery, after-sales consultation and assistance, and other related services. All services are provided exclusively to users in the United States.

  2. You confirm that, when using our services, you have the necessary civil capacity and can independently bear the responsibilities arising from using the services. If you do not have the necessary civil capacity, you must use the services under the supervision of a guardian, and the guardian will bear the corresponding responsibilities.

2. User Rights and Obligations

  1. You have the right to browse and inquire about department store product information, place orders independently, and enjoy the customer service, logistics tracking, and other services we offer. You also have the right to make reasonable suggestions regarding the service quality.

  2. You should ensure that the information you provide during the use of our services (such as shipping address, contact number, etc.) is true, accurate, and complete. If incorrect information leads to issues such as failed order processing or undelivered products, you will bear the corresponding responsibility.

  3. You should comply with these Terms and any other rules published by us. You may not use our services for any unlawful or infringing activities that harm our or third parties' legal rights. You may not access our platform or retrieve related information without authorization using automated tools (such as crawlers, bots, scripts, etc.).

  4. You should respect our and related parties' intellectual property rights and may not copy, distribute, modify our platform's content (including product images, descriptions, logos, etc.) without permission. You must not infringe upon others' trademarks, copyrights, or other legal rights.

3. Product and Order-Related Agreements

  1. We promise that all department store products we sell meet relevant quality standards. Product information (including price, specifications, descriptions, etc.) will be as accurate and complete as possible, though small discrepancies may occur due to untimely information updates. If you find product information does not match the actual product, please contact us promptly for verification and resolution.

  2. By placing an order, you confirm your purchase of the product, and the order will become valid after you complete payment. We will ship the product within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed, and the product is expected to be delivered to your specified address within 5-7 business days after shipment (delivery times may vary due to logistics conditions in the U.S.).

  3. Once an order becomes valid, if you need to cancel it, you must contact us before the product is shipped. If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may follow our return and exchange policy after receiving the product.

  4. Upon product delivery, please check the product’s appearance, quantity, and condition promptly. If you notice damage or shortage, you should confirm the issue at the time of receipt and contact us immediately for resolution. If you have signed for the product, it will be deemed as your confirmation that the product has no visible defects.

  3. When making inquiries, you should provide truthful information about the issue and provide relevant order details to help us resolve your issue quickly and accurately.

5. Disclaimer

  1. We will not be responsible for any failure to ship or deliver products on time, or for any disruption to services, due to force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, logistics interruptions, policy changes, etc.). We will, however, try our best to assist in reducing your losses and notify you of the situation in a timely manner.

  2. Losses caused by your own operational mistakes, incorrect information, or failure to sign for the product on time will be your responsibility, and we will not bear any related liability.

  3. We only provide department store product sales and related services. We are not responsible for any issues arising from improper personal use, natural product wear and tear, etc. For implied warranties related to the product, please refer to applicable U.S. laws.

  4. If any issues arise due to third parties (e.g., logistics service providers) such as product damage, loss, or delayed delivery, we will assist in communication with the third party but will not bear direct responsibility.

  1. These Terms take effect from the moment you use our services and will remain in effect until you stop using our services, and all related orders and disputes have been resolved.

  2. If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the other clauses, which will remain in effect.
